1. Definitions

• “Service” means all features available through Filligo.fr (website, pages, content and tools).
• “User” means any person accessing the Service, whether identified or not.
• “Data” means all information displayed by the Service, including station and price information from external sources.

2. Purpose of the Service

Filligo.fr provides an information service to consult and compare data related to fuels and/or energy, including prices and points of distribution, based on available data. The Service is provided for informational purposes and may evolve.

3. Access

The Service is available online. Access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical constraints. The Publisher (Nom de la societe) may change the Service at any time.

4. How information is displayed

Displayed information (prices, availability, location, distance, sorting) comes from external sources and processing designed to make consultation easier. Despite best efforts, discrepancies may exist between what is displayed and reality (delayed updates, input errors, temporary closures, etc.).

5. Geolocation (optional)

Some features may use your device’s geolocation to show nearby results. Geolocation is optional and depends on your consent via your browser or system. You can disable it at any time in your device or browser settings.

With your consent, Filligo.fr may also enable audience measurement trackers (Google Analytics 4). Personalized advertising is not enabled at this stage.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. Filligo.fr may also rely on third-party services for audience analytics (Google Analytics 4), depending on your consent. The Publisher (Nom de la societe) has no control over external content and cannot be held responsible for its availability or accuracy.

11. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. The Publisher (Nom de la societe) does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The User acknowledges that use of the Service is at their own risk.
